Desiree Otenti is the senior director of medical policy and program implementation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She provides strategic direction, leadership and management for the Medical Policy Administration department. She represents BCBSMA on the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association’s Medical Policy Panel and sits on the MPP Executive Committee. Desiree is a nurse practitioner who currently practices at Boston Health Care for the Homeless program and is a board member of Codman Square Health Center. She is passionate about social determinants of health and health equity.
