Jane Griffin is a registered dietitian, certified in diabetes, who works on the Medicare Advantage and Medex case management team at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She works with members who have illnesses that can improve with lifestyle changes, especially to eating habits. Jane concentrates on a realistic approach to changing diet to improve health and manage chronic conditions, reaching out to members and providing tools and support as they make health, wellness, and food choices.
Jane is a Simmons College graduate and received a master’s degree in health education from Bridgewater State University. She has worked at Blue Cross for more than two years and previously worked as a clinical inpatient and outpatient dietitian in local area hospitals for decades.
