Jennifer Miller

Jennifer Miller is managing editor for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. 

Prior to joining Blue Cross, Jenny was managing editor of the Boston Herald, where she led breaking news coverage as well as projects exploring racial disparities in unsolved murders in Boston, domestic violence, the Boston Marathon bombings, the opiate epidemic and the foreclosure crisis, among many other issues. 

Previously, she worked as a copy editor and copy writer for Putnam Investments and for the educational travel company EF. 

She has a passion for journalism and for health care, and is particularly interested in exploring health disparities caused by structural racism.

Jenny lives in Boston with her wife and child.
