WATCH: Relaxation, in 5 minutes or less

Nicole Molano

4 videos offer quick exercises you can do anytime, anywhere

Nicole Molano | News Service of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

Mindful breathing is a powerful tool these days, as we all juggle extra stressors.

These bite-sized videos offer simple exercises that can be done at work, in your car or anywhere else.

Ranging from one to five minutes, the videos focus on breathing and gentle movements that can relieve stress, improve your focus, increase your energy, and center your mind and body.

You can use them solo – to begin, end, or take a quick break during your day – or share them with your family, friends or colleagues whenever everyone could benefit from a well-being “pause.”

Breathing mindfully won’t make stress magically disappear, but it can help us calm down and think more clearly about how to tackle our challenges.
