Our mental health journeys

Jennifer Miller

Help is always available, say 3 survivors who are sharing their stories

Jennifer Miller | News Service of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

We live in challenging times: Federal data show increases of about 400% in the rates of adults reporting symptoms of anxiety disorder or depressive disorder between 2019 and 2023. Amid rising mental health challenges, it's more important than ever to combat stigma and share resources. A Coverage series amplifies a diverse range of voices sharing their journeys and messages of hope. We are honored to note that this series has been recognized with a 2023 Telly Award, which honors excellence in video and television across all screens.
