Erika joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2006 and has held several strategic communication roles, including in clinical, human resources, and corporate communications.

Erika reports on topics including innovation, workforce and employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Erika worked in corporate communications in the financial services industry as well as legal marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin and Marshall College.
